I'm having some problems with Excessiveplus servers (78.159.99.170) and want to see if anyone can help me. After having some ping issues on Vanilla! CTF I did try the rest of ExcessivePlus servers just to see and is a bit odd that depending on the server joined my ping was different.

Vanilla! CTF (27981) - ping 120
Vanilla! FFA (27980) - ping 33
Space CTF (27969) - ping 70
Retro! FFA (27970) - ping 120 (with packets loss)
Retro! CTF (27971) - ping 70
I did try Vanilla! CTF again after some minutes and was 70ms (all the rest remain the same)

When I do ping to the ip I get average ping 33ms and when I tracert the ip I get some random 120ms in a hoop but end up with 33ms. Am I missing something or anything I can do?

Right now (on game):

27969, 27971 and 27981 - 33ms (without packets loss)
27970 and 27980 - 120ms (with packets loss)

Anything I can do?

I can't help you, hopefully someone will help you in the evening when people back from school/work.

I will ask server owners to upload vanilla config or cpma one when I'll check him, so it's may be not a problem for you Happy

UPDATE:

So I've talked with a few guys and one authority. So now there's no match restriction. Play your matches whenever you can, whenever you want to, however you want to. I mean you don't have to play match after a match like the schedule shows but you can play now even 8th match or 4th match. Feel free to play! Good luck and have fun!
