1. i think the usage would be /rcon wallhack
2. i think /wallhack isn't a protection of wallhack. i think it turns wallhack on!
3. for having your server protected of wallhack u need punkbuster and pure!

/wallhack rcon is a implentment of 1.03 wich should allow admins to catch cheaters online on servers.
it was programmed for just being useable in spectator mode, to bad it didnt worked and now its just avaible in demo for everyone.
