Upgrading PC

so i think it is about time to upgrade my system and i ll want to ask for some comments 
mb: Asus P8Z68-V LX Intel Z68 So.1155 Dual
cpu: Intel Core i5 2500K 4x 3.30GHz So.1155 BOX
ram: 8GB G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3-2133 DIMM CL11
gpu: gonna keep my GTX 280 
so what do u think guys?
I am also thinking to add some extra cooling Scythe Mugen 3 Rev.B SCMG-3100
i was really thinking to buy AMD the X6 bulldozer cause of the price range...however i guess i am an intel fan XD

and i am going to add some SSD as well xDDD

Looks ok, careful with the scythe mugen its a beast of a heat-sink just make sure it will fit in ur case and use Arctic silver thermal paste. You'll notice a big change in cpu temps over stock ones with that thing.

that is exactly what i was thinking.... if i have enough space in my case xD got an old thermaltake matrix mid case shit i guess there is plenty of room for that
