You have to move the pointer without touching the edges. It gets harder and harder. Time is not important but some parts are hard with a crappy mouse. Try passing it all. Later it will hide some parts of the tunel so you will have to navigate by sounds that it will play. Put your headphones, sounds are low quality so you wont hear them properly if they are quiet.
