look i know nothing about motors so i try to help looking on google.. (orby is much better in these things)
viti testata i found this
http://www.rcmodelstore.com/catalog/images/pn12.JPG
they must be the screws that hold the whole motor like in ths pic

tappo di scarico olio motore mean the cap for motor oil discharge or something like that:D

and viti cappello albero a camme

uh.. this is the famous albero a camme http://www.330gt.com/MagazineArticles/RC199307_33.jpg

http://lh5.ggpht.com/_pb0VM03H8FY/R53GTq5JXDI/AAAAAAAAAQw/pHrW_Sd2pVM/100_2132_red.JPG
that must be the 'cappello' hat, above that 'albero a camme', and it mean the screws that hold the cappello on the albero a camme (viti)

i cant explain it better:D this is what u were asking? btw orby can help u better
