Record a demo:

Simply press F9, a message will appear like this
------------STARTed-RECORDING!!!
to stop the demo, press F10, a message will appear like this
------------STOPed-RECORDING!!!

Demos will be saved in:

C:/Path_to_your_Quake_III_Arena/excessiveplus/demos/
You can record as many demos as your space allows, everydemo will be named like this:

demo0000.dm_68

start/stop demo recording on one button Happy usefull when you got whole keyb filled with binds Happy

i'm using
/r_gamma 0
/r_picmip 0
/com_maxfps 200 (if i set 300 it shows 300) but my connection not so good & in lagometr i see (connection interrupted) but if 200 all it's ok
/cg_enemymodels "tankjr/xp" (bigger then keel (better for me)
/cg_enemycolours "2222"

1024*768 (17" CRT @100Hz) i think enough

please give some advices to customize (hud) because i make config from my friends config & his hud is good but i make default settings & save it to this config & have default hud please give some main commands of hud adjustment....
