There are complete configs with theese settings, for example here

I have never try theese, becouse i like all shadows and so on. But I can imagine if u have better FPS value you see action few frames before your enemy.
Pro players, Am i wrong ?

ahhh i never thought of that, i have my graphix on top end, my pc is way way over the spec you need for doom 3 so i shouldnt bother should i?
