I gotta disagree too Casa, last time i was in Germany, i saw many gorgeous chicks (blondes mostly) but still...
In the end, all countries have their own beauties so there's no need to argue about which country has the most. Like if u love blondes then Scandinavia is the paradise for u, if u love brunettes then maybe South America etc.

ok , let make it more scientific :
imo some of the points that makes a country rich in beauty is part of a dynamic that can be explained by this :
(this is only my opinion here , dont flame me cause you find it wrong..
- fact 1/
that a rich country is more likely to have beautifull women in it ( you cant imagine how many hot chicks travel , from poor countries to rich one , it is part of the attraction that rich countries have over pooor ones ).
For example , if tomorrow , ethiopia becomes a rich country , you come back in two centuries and you will find emergence of a new race of women there....( as well as men)
Fact 2/
melting cultures and genes makes more beautifull and geneticly rich individuals. the example of japan is showing exactly the contrary ( closed society produces same type of faces etc....)...
Fact 3/
How long a country ( or civilisation ) last in time (prosperity) ,determines the degree of culture , therefore the degree of appreciation of beauty.
and the best proof of what i am saying is
Monica belluci...remember the roman empire? i am sure this is why italy has the most hot chicks in the world.
