System crash during the game

In the last few days it happens that my system crashes and the game freezes and requires pc restart, and the error i get for that is smth like "Windows ms-subsystem 16-bites failed to load" or smth like that, and the path to the problem is C:/WINDOWS/TEMP/314.exe, and system (windows xp) gives me options to abort or ignore. This problem don't affect other operations and programs except quake 3 and cs 1.6 (the only 2 games i play). Anyone maybe encountered this problem, and knows what it is all about? I tired to google for this error and i got the info that some registry files might be damaged so i got TuneUp Utilities 2012 ,which has all stuff in it (registry fix,hd doctor,defragmenter,optimizer etc...) needed to fix the system,optimize and speed up performance of pc, but ... no results for this problem, i think its maybe some virus ...

C:/WINDOWS/TEMP/314.exe it's a virus...
And this error : "Windows ms-subsystem 16-bites failed to load"
is coming from the graphic card driver most probably it tries to change the resolution

but epsi, i re-installed my graphic driver and still have same error, and those crashes continues... so if its a virus, how should i get rid of it? I have avast home (free) edition, and i scanned entire pc and both drives for malvare but no results were found O.o

if you delete it and it gets back you can be sure it is one.

I know that skull, but there is one small problem. I can't even find that file 314.exe ,i even tried to turn on to show hidden files and folders and such file seems like dont even exist.And there is also another thing that confused me since i don't have much knowledge in IT. The path of problem is C:/WINDOWS/TEMP/314.exe ,but the only temp folder i found in system folder is temp (non caps)

have you looked in this temp folder most likley find it in there

Yes Pope i've looked at that folder and few subfolders but there is no such file in temp.
