Easy thing, Anticheat development thread went in beta forum instead of another private one, so lots of people had access to it, now one of these idiots leaked to their clanfriends, those guys leaked to their friends and whoops half e+ has it now.

funniest thing is that half the guys knowing about the anticheat are to stupid to recognise what it means.

Look skull i dont ask from you to answer me but from the devs. The good thing is that you gave me more and more infos about this. If i have custom scripts in quake or in my mouse and i have access in the anticheat and i low the level to 0 how it will kick me? Dont tell me about cvars or settings etc.... this is all bullshits. Am i right? The only reason anticheat exist is to analyze the players custom settings (Quake and mouse) and kick them if it will see something strange. So i can cheat if i have access and low the level in 0. Am right again? Plz stop trying to clean the shits and cover the hole thing. It was a mistake keep it a secret all this time coz now you have bad results.

And dont worry we are not so stupid as you think. We just dont bother search deeply all this things. Dont make me sit and search deep the commands and the codes coz i have Master in Software Engineering and i can understand easily how 1 program works. My proofs of my diploma is on the blog i make few months ago for Quake 3 video i create almost 10 years ago. Unlike you, i will not spend my free time decoding E+ mod i spend my time to have some fun.

.. but i think that this setup like now is good. i dont see any reason to change it.Rayden all cw ore fw games in this mode are clean. ore not. ? i dont care about anti cheat programs reason i am only single player. i feel save now. admin ore ref should see if someone play wifth levels of program. but not every single player.

The program itself doesnt need to be understood by players ! it should do its work ( kicking cheaters )
The only thing people should ask is what xp_anticheatlevel is best to be for servers ! or what certain kick values mean !

example:

a = possible wallhack
A = possible Aim correction
b = possible wallhack
B = possible ....
.. = ........
etc.

@ontopic:

It really doesnt mather if its visuable or not ! cheaters shouldnt know where they can cheat and where not !
cheaters shouldnt cheat anyway, whether they know the program is on yes or no...

so i say it should not be not vissible for players to see !

I think it was already pointed out this is a lot more complicated as u might think, dunno if i should point even out what type of cheats are detected because then ppl will also know witch ones it does not

anyway a short notification "ACS: ON" on the scoreboard its harmless in my opinion, but the thing a lot of clueless people have access to to ACS stats is just so damn wrong... i have no idea why this was released in the official version, that allows to access for everyone to the important protected data, it also shows how much humanity fails to do things proper, keeps secrets as secrets, use responsible yours privileges/knowledge, and finally how overgrown are peoples egos

it is also wrong we are talking about it in public forum...

it wouldn't be also a problem to give no notification at all and lock all ACS features to be accessible, but since easy released it in public release many severs owners did turned it OFF... sad but true... most of u guys remember that we had in this community also a guys who hosted a lot of the servers and was cheaters themselves...

some did it because the ACS do not allow to use scripts, some did it because they are over-paranoid and think it LAGS like PB and finally some did it to cheat...

No you are the stupid kid here that you think we are the sheep's and you are the master. I think people have gave you alot of power here and now you think you can do whatever you want and always your words must be correct. I had enough of this, its time to stop the shits little kid and act like a man. Tell here in public everything and tell the devs to lock the anticheat so no1 will have access into it NOONE and to see the infos players make a log file to extract the infos you want when you suspect some1. Or you dont want that?
