template is a good idea. (also could be possible to make a form so a poster would just have to fill a few fields in). a ranking moderator checks data typed in, clicks button and voi la - special code parses data and adds CW results into ranking db

edit: plz don't make template noisy ffs (you know what i mean, look at any asp's post )
