Edit:
If you mean about the last warnings and bans yea u are right: it takes alot of space like this, but technically the title wasn't made to store the warnings/bans level at all. Its the way it is because we don't have where to store it yet.

Links in titles i don't think it's possible.

Also everyone that received an warning or ban also got an notice message with detailed information about it and in case is needed, the next level of punishment.

forum rules are in forum and shown to you the moment you sign up in the forum, you agree with them and therefor you have to inform yourself about them.
