hello ,, I do not know what's going on ,, the problem is in my graphics card?? (I have AMD Radeon (TM) R7 360 Series..) ,, or something else??

I click on Texture Quality in this video ,, and Resolution is changing itself!! Confused

try; Right mouse-click on the icon, the tick or remove it (disable image scaling at high resolution)
