then why dont you both meet one day per week for playing lets say 3 hours, playing that time _together_ and avoid therefore, that youll
"start playing, i'm afraid that i'm going to start playing quake like a mad man again, like 7 days a week and 5-7 hours a day"?
or do you think that thatll make evern worse (in view of thinking of quake more etc.)?
i think its the aim to stop addiction, not to stop playing for an month and then start like before, so why not thinking about methods for a better result in april. so think of it.

omg equi u played 7 days per week and 5 hours???? 
thats crazy ..i understand now!! as warner..thats really crazy....i prefer not be so much good playing and play only 2 or 3 hours sometimes and spend my time wiht my daughter for example or in the gym...but it dosent mean anything if u both come back and play again as before..u have to stop it a little bit and play only for fun not live playing

Actially it's like killing with your bare hands...like using gauntlet, you know...so i used gauntlet to kill all those around me..(see the signature..)

4-7 hours isnt abnormal, sometimes im playing even more like 10+

Hehe, well, tell me one thing...when you go to sleep, do you still think about quake? when you go to school..or to work....do you still think about quake?? Does quake effect your thinking style?? does quake not hurt your brain power? I hope it does , cos if it isn't then there is just nothing to hurt

Well, for me personal, I have prommised my mom not to play for a month, i have promissed myself i wouldn''t play for a month, and i think this will be a good lesson for ME and I won''t be playing like a maniac again. It's my personal religion (belief in myself) that stops me from playing any quake for this verrryyyy veryyyyyy long month.
