You wanna smoke ? pee? phone? or dunno what, it should not be longer than 5 mins otherwise you must go out of the game and try to come later when you are able to play.
I'm just pissed of by behavior of some players who stay in spec for long time. Even if it's almost all the time the same persons, they are more numerous day after day. And I'm bored to always call an admin who can kick these selfish persons.

According to that, I'm wondering if it possible to implement an option in the game and so spectators would be automaticly kicked after 5 mins? if not, is it possible to disable the spec option?

I just think that depends on a sense of people. The admin should be present or give the ref who like you could use it well. options or unspecified kick after several minutes I do not think is possible. . And common sense should realize that the spec is not lawful to remain a spec and go out to eat or do anything else deal pc .. is always a matter of common sense

xp_speclimit "300" (5 min = 300 seconds)

I suggest (beside manual admin usage):
xp_inactivitySpectator "60" +
g_inactivity "300"

no

g_inactivity kicks u from server after x seconds. xp_inactivitySpectator just forces you to spec after x seconds
