its directed to admins

please delete spam bots posts, locking it is not inaf, why they do post much links in content? to increse thier page rank, wich help them index in serching engines thier page higer

deleting posts wont realy help imo.. for one deleted bot account @ league.x+.net i get 2 new ones at next day..

1st > enabling account activation via email (bots wont post crap on forums)
2nd > modifing phpbb2 reg form (i.e. adding some required special check box in reg form, would stop them from registering) - today ill do it @ league forums, and we will see the results Winking
3rd > as for sbox - ip banning (ip range bans) or in worst case scenario merging phpbb with sbox (so only registered users can post there)

u may ban ip and if thier mesages are still here they done what they wanted to do

totally agree with HQ.

deleting posts is the way to go.

but as faith mentioned, setting a verification for registering, and blocking non-registered posts will stop the posts all together.

I am proud of spreading a pirated Excessive Plus version and claim to be the original author, yay!
