hmm if a noob did this, he would get banned from the forum

well first of all im a rebel
and i believe there must be away to limit the sizes of banners or dont allowed them at all, if ur an admin on the forum..
ive made my oponion the democratic way, asking forum admins about it, starting thread, but the only way left is to start some terror ;P
