Only servers that been affected by some weird lags (193.192.59.218, 193.192.59.195) were fixed by simple blocking following IP address that was using lot of bandwidth all the time:
146.0.73.154
Banned by firewall, maybe it will help to solve other servers lags, maybe its same, some kinda leech bot or so.

It seems like some clever Botnet finally discovered Excessive Plus (or Quake 3). Our servers have been used for constant DoS-attacks and generated huge traffic.

I have setup some rules to ignore those flood requests but while our servers can't be used for DDoS attacks, we still receive millions of spoofed requests.. To get delisted, our servers will be inaccessible for a day or two.

Ure right easy ,

We couldnt even reach our own servers via ftp or putty last week becouse of that attacks

I had to put Beer freezer and borg servers on a double firewalled hell of a big root with a 10 gigabit adapter and double quad cpus , and even that they stil try to knockdown ..

But now with no succes this time , and im now collecting Ip numbers from the firewall logs to get a clear vieuw , it seems it is someone with a autoscript via proxyservers that loves to UDP and PING flood , it are mostly 2 ipees on the same time who are flooding , when i block that , in a minute 2 other ipees show up and then the flood comes from there

Im happy that beer and borg are online again without any lag , sorry for the little bit higher pings , but its or NO play or a little bit higher pings becouse of the double firewalls
