Although im not good @ playing but i go servers sometimes , but most of the time servers show (players/full) server etc while its (another players/empty) ATM .

I think that you are reffering to the Spider-page.

It's not real time refreshed. But Ctrl-F5 will gather the new and accurate information.

(or use HLSW, and see the servers realtime)
