hello! have linux 64b ubuntu VPS and quake3 server there with punkbuster-enable now:

92.63.88.62:27965

why this server don't have Server Spider list?

as this fix?

sv_master5 "master0.excessiveplus.net" - default and for read only, not posible change it.
you can play there and can see him in "arena servers" quake3, but this site can't interrogate him, i don't know why

when enabled Malwarebytes Anti-Malware i can't connect to this server, even windows console going crazy:

Does this mean you have added a ip address to your loopback address?
If so it might be the problem.

If not, maybe consider any equipment like firewall etc. between your VPS and your client, because it seems there is a firewall or reaching DMZ, blocking incoming request before 92.63.88.62.
