Hello,

I need to fix some issues for some players that have high ping connecting to my server.

pls can you ping this ip : 95.130.10.38
using the ping command in windows (or linux console)
[code:1]ping 95.130.10.38[/code:1]

if you think that your ping is too high that what it should be
use this in windows
[code:1]tracert 95.130.10.38[/code:1]

and this command in linux
[code:1]traceroute 95.130.10.38[/code:1]

then pls pm me the result

other thing that is weird:

when I have pinged from server excessiveplus.net
I got average 35ms

and in spider I see awesome ping more than US one Worried that makes my servers in bottom of the list Confused

has that anything to do with master server and how it is managed in spider listing ?

if anyone could help, that will be great.

tx epi, but you should have let it running till the end, (I mean tracert)
cos 50ms average ping isn't so good from france to france Thinking
it takes about 10-15 seconds

west France, next to the sea.

but what is weird is routing, camel has about 50ms ping ingame and he is from poland
a russian guy had 80ms meanwhile a german had 100

got fine 80ms by pinging.

I ping 125-135. But already in a swedish node im up at 110 so not sure where the problem lies, was pinging bad to Dutch servers aswell.

The point is, ali needs to find out which hops ping bad, so his hoster can get in touch with the owners of the hops. So please post your tracerts if u have an unexpected high ping.

(since it could be, that the server pings great, but 1 or 2 hops between you and server are bad
