Server Problems

I have a freeze server, and I am having troubles adding bots. I try to add bots and it doesn't add bots. What could cause this?
Problem 2: I am also having trouble loading deexslds.cfg onto server also. I got cfg from sarasota, but it keeps giving me this error: Unexpected '{' in /conf/deexslds.cfg on line 1 (Missing section name). Wtf is that?
And I also have question not reguarding servers. Do any of you know if Killer nic cards make any difference or no. Any comments on it?

just open cfg in notepad and check first line of cfg, i guess some1 edited this cfg and delete fist section:
[code:1]Config {
Name: "xxxx";
Date: "xx.xx.xxx";
Author: "xxxx";
}[/code:1]

oke heres version without html tags just pure fixed cfg.

Thanx for the bot problem. But I am still having problems with the cfg. Everything looks fine on the cfg, but it don't work. http://forums.excessiveplus.net/viewtopic.php?t=9022 Here is where I got cfg and dont work.
