what kind of lag?

Well that i cant describe exactly because i have lag all the time from my bad internet connection.

But people telling its not lag like big ping, ping is good just some glitches in game, late reaction, and sometime drop packets.

set it to sv_fps 30 and let see 2 days what the european players say ...can be a problem from you and not the other

Im not speaking for my problem, i know i have lag and my lag is because im on shared internet.
Im speaking about other players lag, few days ago on server was 10 players and they all had lag.
I checked how much my server is loaded and its not because of that, so it must be somewhere in quake3 server settings.
I heard that it can be if config is too big and complicated.

according to this log I presume what ur isp's gateway cant manage properly with packet transmitting (delays too high).

Actually default settings for most q3a servers enough for smooth game.

Re: Server bug problem

I changed 4 hosting servers and everyone has this kind of lag. I dont thing dns names resolving has anything with this because quake is binded on ip address.

This is from my comp:

And this is from germany:

In DE is low ping but still stupid lag.

Its kind of lag like when you play game with 15fps.

What is the chance of finding a 4 servers where each has the same problem with lag. I dont know what to think anymore.

Your server working perfect to me unless the problems are at specific times.
