Hello,
The rules are objective and not subjective, even if i have the feeling that you did changed in a good way after the 3rd ban (?) that doesn't change how the rules are given in the forum. And i try to judge every1 as fair as possible. If i do mistakes, there can be discussions and i will back down a warning/ban decision.

Equinox got the 4th ban because:
- posting in the forum ilegal materials such as: quake3 hacking scripts/pk3 files
- writing insults against other community members
Tell me if this ban was correctly given, i have proofs that each of these did happen after the end of his 3rd ban.

As a member of this community i support any newcomers related ideas, but as a forum mod i don't know how this can help your ban since it has nothing to do with the causes for which you got the 4th ban.

If i remove your ban now, every1 having a ban will get the idea that being a good Samaritan will release them from their punishment .. And i can't allow this. Punishments are there to make you reflect on what happen and try to change your behavior. If you fail again you'll get bigger punishments .. etc.

We are constantly saying that our forum community is bad, its bad because of the ppl. The forum community is made of ppl. IF we want to have a good, healthy forum community, we need either a change or a removement of those ppl. Rules are permissive enough, bans are many in number, every1 has many chances (7-8) to change after the first mistake.

I will discuss internally to see how other mods see this situation. But in this moment i don't see a connection between what you say you'll do and what already happen.

I asked for opinion of mods and respected people, not opinionated douchebags like ffs, terlolo and madginger. Epsi explained everything very nicely ,and his words are the ones that counts for me. After all, if i haven't posted those pk3's you would have now a horde of cheaters around, but noooo its easyer to shoot down one guy who helped in some way than the people who brought those files to this mod. Tongue So this is another proof how this community is simple minded, and not supportive to people who want to bring more activity. Enjoy ya all, cya.

I believe that the other way would've been just to send those pk3 to the rank mods. That would've been sufficient equinox. And noone would've banned you then. Why from all the ppl in here , the one to do this was you having 3rd ban, coming after 1 month ban. Maybe you could've spoken with some1 else and do it if you rly wanted this to happen and was enough for the plan to succeed with minimum consequences.

And yes sometimes some1 has to sacrifice for the good of the others. That's reasonable price to pay if there is no other way. But lets think first before we do a mistake that we will regret it more afterwords.

As i said i will do a internal mod discussion on this situation.

You do more harm than good by being around. This mod was a much better place when people like you were not a part of it. Also, don't pretend like you did what you did because you're a fucking saint, you only exposed that little cheating circle because you had a hard-on for Mzi and thought it would be a good way to show him who's boss. Yeah, what a big man you are.
