How jumper want on clan at a close, but recruitment as an open (for) rix.

This strategy in some clans too, for example in BC. Who wanna only good players in clan, doesn't matter how active them, so for usual players reqruitment is closed - they can get you in their team for all your life.
And if someone strong is free - "yes, we have free slot for you, xxx-ty <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3". Usual thing on e+.

Strategy? Compare me with banana? Whiskey or just woke up on left leg? My clan never had strategy. But, OK, If you want I can explain you Jumper's story. When my clan had free slot, that day I saw that Jumper searched clan in "clanless players looking for clan" thread and I contacted him. I was really very nice with him and day later he played FW with us. I asked him to join us, but guess what, he rejected because he runed around with his strategy "to find better (better ranked) clan". He said to me "can I wait a while why he don't check if he can get chance in other clans". Pfff... I said OK and I really wanted be fair and wait for him. But miracle happened and one night after (Jumper still was in searching for "gold" and didn't answered me jet) my bro Frrr who was in this clan from begging said he want to back AND OF COURSE THAT I CHOSEN MY OWN BRO WITHOUT ANY DOUBT. And, btw Blackfx, actually Jumper is very skilled player, I think more then you and 99% players from your clan as I noticed in FW which he played with us. And now about Rixo... It's not secret that we have "brohood" in our "rows", that mean RS players bring RS, Jumps bring Jumpers and mostly are popular ZMB relations in sNeAkY. I invited Rixo, because since he came back in community I saw that he is nice and friendly person and because I want him to be in railonly clan, too, with his dudes Zack and Tem. And, yea, as I said Rixo is welcome with us and you Blackfx, better look in your own "strategy", because you can fill your clan again over 32 players because your being "nice person" (sorry for i not being so nice)...
