I think you are wrong here Alex. Many players from ref team are very active and i see them almost on every cws ( Rayden, fps, cienci, sp, rage etc...). But dont expect from us to watch always the ref team forum 5 or 10 min before the cws to see who wants ref or not. I dont know if you use program for contact people but try to install msn and invite all ref team to see who is available and who is not. I have you on my list in hlsw but you didnt ask me to ref, even if you do i didnt say "no i dont ref". Also as fps said come to ref team to help those problems coz sometimes or almost all the time most of cws are playing on Sunday evening so all players in ref team are on clans that maybe they have cw that time and cant ref. Why i always find ref when i need 1? I am here alsmost 2 years and i played over 50 cws and only 2 or 3 times i couldnt find ref. So my suggestion is install msn or skype etc... and invite all refs.

5. February 2012 - 18:13 1 hr 47 mins b4 cw + about 1 hr and 10 mins later we got one

That adds upto 2 hrs and 57 mins

28. January 2012 - 17:07 2 hrs 53 mins b4 cw + 50 mins later b4 match got underway

Shoutbox is used all the time aswell , @ least 4 msgs from diffrent players was posted

Anyway i've put up 2 of our guys forward for ref team , they will both help out when they can .
