On one side oldschool players, skilled but not so focused on game as couple years ago, getting bored with it.

On other side young bloods, maybe not so skilled yet, but with lot of power to train and improve their teamplay, enjoying every match they play.

Simple as that, hmm new generation of e+ ?
Yes, keep them coming, old players won't keep this place alive.
