Hello server config makers, i would like to ask you something cause i have problems in finding the "how it works" in the Documentation nor in other ways (yet)

I have a config and i wanna make possible to shoot rail thru frozen bodies like in banana config or others configs where this is possible. In my config this is not possible , you shot thru frozen bodies but it dosnt work, you dont kill anyone like in aim server config or other configs that have the same behaviour.

The question is : what do i need to modify in my server config so i can allow the rail to shoot thru frozen bodies?

I looked on Documentation but i didn't find anything in relation to my problem, i also tried to compare 2 configs (bananarail and plusc) that have this difference and i still dont see the difference.

can some1 tell me about this ?
