[Resolved]rpc problems

yo

i wanted to reinstall my gfx drivers and i cant since i tuned my winxp
error message is "Setup konnte die installations engine nicht starten. rpc-server ist nicht verfügbar" on english: setup couldnt load installation engine. rpc-server aint availeble.

so how can i fix this since i have "remoteprozeduraufrup (rpc)" running

soz for germans things in post but my win runs on german languague Smug

german : Dienst DCOM-Server-Prozessstart auch gestartet?
english : DCOM Service Server process started?

german : Dienst 'Remoteprozeduraufruf (RPC)' aktivieren und nicht mehr deaktivieren
english : Activating service RPC and not deactivating anymore
