Hello, I have a new laptop and i downloaded quake 3 on it, when I want to join a server, it sais server uses protocol version 68 can someone help me??

It doesn't help Confused maybe i choose wrong destination for pointrelease what destination do i have to choose?? and after the 1.32 patch download where i have to place it??

Message means what your quake.exe is outdated.

ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/quake3/quake3-1.32c.zip

replace ur quake.exe from zip file.

Sorry, I know It´s 2016 Big grin but i would love to play some Q3 !!! .. and i see some servers are up but im struggling to make my Q3 into same version as server is .. Confused .. mainly bcs quakeunity.com doesnt work anymore Happy .. could anyone help pleaseee ? Happy ..

I couldn't get the master server to work anymore so I just use this for excessiveplus servers: https://www.excessiveplus.net/blogs/easy/qconnect-update

For all I am not sure, guess you could use this idk: https://www.quakeservers.net/quake3/servers/so=8/

What version are you on and what version is it asking you to be on?
