[Resolved] Need Help With Grapple

I am haveing a problem with the grapple it just doesnt work. I have tried to change keys and mouse buttons to get it to work and nothing. The funny part about it in the screen to change the keys the grapple shows but its just a wire frame no textures to it. Any help would be greatful. Thanks in advance

Now type there.>

/Bind mouse2 +button5
