Resolution doesn't change by cfg!!

I downloaded q3 screen resolution changer and it work great!It change resolution correctly.After i try all the command console i find with google,but they doesn't work!I try:seta r_customwidth 1280seta r_customheight 800seta r_customaspect 1seta r_mode -1 BUT NOT WORKseta r_customwidth 1280seta r_customheight 800seta r_customaspect 1seta r_mode -1seta r_colorbits "32"seta r_allowExtensions "1"seta r_mapOverBrightBits "2"seta r_ext_compressed_textures "0"seta r_inGameVideo "1"seta r_fullscreen "1"BUT NOT WORKWhat can i do??

Try typing vid_restart.

its because you're running game from shortcut, that makes it work, when running from game itself, its reading from cfg, first it loads q3 game, then you switch to excessive plus mod, you need to vid_restart
if you want to run e+ from q3 shortcut, type in the target box
+set fs_game excessiveplus

to make this easyer, just do like this
copy quake 3 program, and paste a shortcut on desktop
then open properties of shortcut, and in target box you'll see "game location/quake3.exe"
type in so it looks like this "game location/quake3.exe +set fs_game excessiveplus"

Delete your q3config from baseq3 folder and from excessiveplus folder and try again. connect to server and type /exec yourcfgfilename.cfg but if you use default cfg file (q3config.cfg) dont delete it. Then connect to server and chance your resolution in game from setup and type to console /writeconfig q3config.cfg and /wiriteconfig yourcfgfilename.cfg.

The unique solution is to launch cpma from mods in quake or qtracker...
