Obvious cheater, aimbot, autoshoot, also timeout user, when I was callvote for PB enable he was kicked to spectator for not updated pb, then he join the team and type /timeout many times, H2O clan should disable xp_matchmode to 0 on their public servers to avoid that again, its very annoying.
