Gogi, you can play a lot better if dotting weapons on separate buttons.
example:

bind 1 "weapon 1"
bind MWHEELUP "weapon 2"
bind MWHEELDOWN "weapon 3"
bind MOUSE2 "weapon 4"
bind SHIFT "weapon 5"
bind q "weapon 6"
bind e "weapon 7"
bind r "weapon 8"
bind f "weapon 9"
