I voted for : Leave it, it has potential but needs more organization.

In old days wasn't bad either but now it feels a bit more organized for me ..
I remeber that reffers had to sign in for a competition .. maybe we need that? but i dont remeber to have so many competitions in the same time... + less ppl in e+ => ref problems

actualy for me .. i dont care if we have or not a team with refs ... i care to have some respectfull refeeres in the game ..
but in my opinion i didnt thought that a referee team is bad, looks a bit more organized thats all

i dont care about my ref+ tag i can delete it .. don't care for me to be in a team i want only to help the clans to play the game with no problems..

from the day it was created !

I think you are to short on E+, but I can tell you how it was before.
It was fun. If u needed someone to be a refferee then you asked
anyone online.
It was simple and it worked.
I haven't seen any flamewar because of ref back in the days.
So close it down, it is hillarious how whole community
argues about 1 mistake made by and incopetent mod Ali.

It was taking more than about 15-30 min to find while game already should have been started.

And say you feel guilty about this responsability you have got, do not put accusation on others. and you were on ref+ from the begining.
I will not say incompetent because it's not the appropriate word here.
