Lets keep this thread to share info about recuitments.

First I recommend you to play on EPR server[rcon: sliprocks] some time, there those guys come and ask if they can join us -People prolly reading our recuitment thread.
There you mite see him play and get first [maybe last ;p] impressions. But you better play a DM17 time trial test with him/her even they are weak. A game vs gauntlet bots with 40 fraglimit. Please also dont forget to ask them how long they've been playing e+ too, this is a key part.

Drop here the notes about inviduals with whom you talked about joining.

Yesterday when I was on EPR server, three guys Shock came there to talk about joining. One was too weak that I can even member his name. Others were:

1- Cyb [aka Cyborg -France].. tested him and he did not play fine, too spammy style with rail-rocket combo. I know he is playing for long time so by now he should have made much more progress. Failed in the time trial test either too bad that I had to break his unfinished game ;D

2- There came a boy named Sonic from US, he was doing real good that I thought he was faking nick Confused some sort of joke maybe. anyway unfortunately, my PC crashed then so the test was incomplete.

Damn man..I seen SoniC before..I'll check him out sometime..I think some other peeps were gonna test him in a differnet server when I was in deex frozen..I was gonna go..But didnt lol..thought he was just another noob Tongue

Btw guys today I met a player named BlazemoreSG(USA) on a Euro server and he did pretty fine. If its not a fake nick consider offering him a tryout

I've Since him, when i had my old clan OXF i offer him a tryout, he spends most of his time playing HALO on XBOX.. he has a clan there .. called SMOKING GUNS ( SG )

but i dont see him that much on servers .. just like 1 hour a week.
thats just info i got.. ur decition Surprise and yes ,.. hes pretty good Winking

We now need active talented new USA players.

I talked to some pro Euro players, they were pretty fine about joining but you know we generally play at ~2GMT so this guys cant be active at all
We need insomniac Euro players I talked to Trouble(Ger) he hesistated too much, asked lotta questions and more importantly didn't seem to be keen.
We dont need this sort of players.

As I wrote above I now plan to give a tryout to active/loyal guys/gals,
No matter how much progress s/he got.

I may recommend you to just check this quick list to determine:
- can make proper choices in games, not too much meaningless moves like spamming rocket in the air, a bit fine rail accuracy, coldblood[not irrational moves under pressure]

But being active and loyal to clan is the most crucial part simply cuz in e+ regardless of your talent you mite well get really better by working on it ;P

So every EPR player,
please write here any player who meets these criterias, dont be mean just write,
Then we may discuss on that player and offer a tryout quickly Cool

Ok my names are Trigger, Fayth (PHC) and BlazemoreSG
I dont see those first two player for a while but they are really talented, offer a tryout if you meet them.

And also talk to Roll (HK) and invite him

PS: Thiz days I cant play too much because of red-bar-rain on my lagometer on all servers grrrr. Soon to be back hopefully
