recently found 2 servers from the guys at GDawgg.
one of them runs a custom map called ShottyBox that has a pushwall in it:
GDawgg.com-RAIL-XP2.2B -- GDawgg.com-RAIL-XP2.2B
GDawgg-ShottyBox-XP2.2B -- GDawgg-Crusher2-XP2.2B
the first one has bots, the second one doesn't

My suggestion is maybe you could try to change the config to something else?
The excessive config you use is not very popular in our community right now (it's a bit oldish)
You could try a excessive or plus config or others. check some configs from this open list: quake-3-weapons-configs-library
