Hello e+ followers,

By now we now have a layout to work with E+ Rank stats.

The only thing needed here is that we need a special group of coders who
wants to give time and skills to develop the ranking system and what we need is this:

-Develop the ranking system in ELO like VSP stats

-Able to be the most possible portable system as you can.

-Able to manage it easy and fast for referee's to post the matches.

Short nickname : epsi / pepsi
Knowledge:
php (oop included) , mysql , flash (as2 and a bit as3) and the usuals html /css/ js ( jquery ajax comet sockets html5-canvas included) /xml / xsl ofc.

I also know:
c++ (openGl/glut included. a bit less the win.h part), java (J2SE), obj-c (cocoa) , sqlite , photoshop (i'm not a designer.. i know the easier things )

Experience: 4 1/2 years php dev in a working environment based on web techs. (my company's website)

P.S : As a web chess player that i am .. i know the Elo ranking formula. (my chess profile 24 Oct '09- its been a while + its not blitz )
