Update 7.12.2011:

Six month ban for BOPOH/Q3FAN!/voron removed as the presented evidence proves being not guilty of the presented charges. Yellow card for cvar violation remains as the standard procedure says.

Update 16.12.2011.

Red card for Horizon/Tequila/Teq changed to yellow due to the end of the sentence.
In this case, any incoming rank violations would cause a permanent ban.

Introduced new bans inside the Warning/band system:

- Deveh[13]: 1 year ban/6 months appeal option (video hack)
- Bucaner: 1 year ban/6 months appeal option (video hack)
- Railaz: Yellow card (Q3HOOK.exe non-active)
- Dabof: Yellow card (abusing map bugs on cw/cheating)
- Lckr: Yellow card (abusing map bugs on cw/cheating)
- PANDA3 (clan): Yellow card (abusing map bugs on cw/cheating)

- Added new rule #7 "Leaving a game by one of the playing clans during a ranked war is prohibited and will result in a penalty." into General Ranking Rules and Guidance.

Disclaimer:

1. Non-intentional violation will result in a verbal warning.
2. Violation made on purpose will result in a yellow card.
3. Two yellow card violations will result in a red card.

Players :
Equinox/Kaizen : Permanent yellow card
Reason: He shared sound pk3 hack/files on public which are not allowed to our community. Even if he wanted to help, he helped with the wrong way.

Zarzyn : Permanent yellow card
Reason : He admited that he used/test those pk3 sound hack/files and he shared them with his clan.

Clans:
InstaStars (IS) : Permanent yellow card
Reason : The clan was keeping a secret on there private forum about sound pk3 hack/files without told someone from the Rank team something or delete them.

For the rest of the players who might download them. Plz delete them from your PC and dont use them.

Update 02.12.2012

Introduced permanent ban for XVIBenedykt. Reason: using active hack - wallhack with a chance to appeal after 6 months passes (2.05.2013). In case the accused would like to cooperate with the Anticheat Team and hand over all of his intelligence regarding tool he used, as well as state an official apology, his sentence will be significantly reduced.

For supporting Benedykt while not using this tool Trance and Kerl are given a permanent yellow card. Please note, any following rank violation will result in a red card ban.

Reason: According to Fate's response on BenedyktXVI's situation, the ban's duration has expired on 2.05.2013.

Equinox/Kaizen : Yellow card was removed
Reason: According to the final decision of the rank mods on that time, the yellow card was removed. His so called "help" was punished by the forum's rule and not ranking rules.
