railpls.2100.cfg?

Greetings Happy
I have been playing a lot on the !HiszY-APD^>| Rail only CTF (public)
I have been searching for the cfg so that I can play when I don't want to connect to the server.
It says it uses "railpls.2100.cfg" on this website
Does anyone know where this available. I tried searching the forum. But no luck Sad

Its his own config as i remember. And he will not give you the config for sure Happy because hiszy doesn't want hard Oo
