its definetly popular
for bein totally customize-able (by conf)!
so usin this feature wouldnt make it another game!
if the player spawns with 300%,
and if 1 rail-hit substracts 300%,
it still kills insta!
the game/wpns just need to be more fair!
players that like to use other wpns but rail,
are not treated equal!

Most players dont even use other wpns seriously.
They use them for movement (and spam) only
and then to switch to rail again,
which is absolutely omnipotent
(regardin other wpns and even armor)!

all e+ cfg is rail. PlusN --> all weapon ? i thing it's rail + spam another weapon.
