So I got this problem for a long time. My railcolor is set to green, my xp_colors are 2222 but at the end of the rail (marks on walls, end of trail) there is a purple color. How to erase that to just keep the green all along the rail ?

Thank you all for your answers Winking

xp_color1 is the color at the begining of the rail and xp_color2 at the end, try just entering xp_color1 in the console to see what value green has and then assign to xp_color2 so you'll have a green only beam...

cg_color not xp_color

O'rly? Tongue

Actually, both of you are wrong \:D/

It's

color "x" for rail trail color
color1 "x" for spiral core color
color2 "x" for spiral ring color

Happy

Not "xp" or "cg", but just color, color1 etc

sorry to disapoint you mad but I don't think theres a color command unless u have cg_oldrail 0 maybe? I'll try that =]

It seems its color1 -> start of rail, color2 -> end of rail but that only works for E+ as far as I know Winking

Hmm yeah, you're right, in E+ only color1 and color2 works.

Anyhoo, it's not "rail start" and "rail end", but rail core, and rail rings Winking

I dunno which one defines what color the "spot" on the wall will be.... maybe color? Laughing

Damn u mad being right!!! Happy
I think, well actually I know but I'm have a sense of 'fake humility' Winking, that it is color2 that leaves the spot on wall.
