- Only active players
- NO cheaters or ex-cheaters
- Be online at least 3 days per week and at 2 trainings per week

You don't even know what the leadership is the thing.. the hardest thing, even here. I know what is it to create a team (not for fun), to make a good tag (with good meaning and design), to find players, who could help to continue creating your clan, good player who will be active all time you wish. To find players, maybe not so good as you wish, but they want to play play play. Your mission to learn them how to play, lessons about config settings, team work in game, behaviour in game. Then to make a clan from your team. Then to make a clan life where each players would be father, mother, sister, brother to each other... Then to keep it alive as much as it possible... (make FW, CW, Trainings)Are you sure that you are ready to do this? I've lost 2 clans. My 2 clans which i created. I know what the hard job is it. It will be funny if:
CKY/ASTRO. ---> astro
CKY/HIROSI. ---> hirosi
CKY/HUH. ---> huh
CKY/BEER. ---> beer
CKY/Mr.PAIN ---> matty

i am the leader of cky and dismissing the inactive non-dedicated to clan people is an act of good leader i guess,or not?

pinky im sorry to say this but lala is right about what she said,there is a number of examples of why you shouldn't try to do it,at least not for now

yea) but u missed a thing from my post: to find players/good players who want to play play and play. I mean active players. your mistake was when you found good players, who dont play now... mm Imo good leader won't kick i.a players so fast. He will try to do anything to make them active. If not, some time (maybe long time) then kick.

jhonny dear if no one is active now, will be later so my clan is still up i just need one person to put my clan in db so from now i will have open for who wants to join dont worry, ppl will come to e+ and my clan wont die soon

@ lala: ye i know its not easy to keep 20 ppl from different countries in the same place for a long time, i just want to have my own clan where i can play with them, my e+ friends, i dont like inactive clans/teams as you saw, i jumped from clan to clan until i found nothing beside cky where are nice ppl, but in plus side i didnt found anything interesting yet, where u can have some fun beside other stuff they dont want me bcuz im not skilled enough, where i was accepted they wnet inactive, so i make my own clan where are my own rules. i dont need to listen to nobody, dont have to do something i dont like, i want to joke with my firends i joke bcuz they understand my jokes, its simple and in the same time very complicated, but anyway thnx for you advice, i will keep it
