- new layout
- new war-types, gametypes and players
- auto 1v1 when duel
- new colors
- save/load clan profile
- autostart and minimize options (both work but cant show in a vid )
- "war today" window
- new filter options
- auto load of last profile

i fixed some bugs and cosmetic issues.
the window is now sizeable
release wont take long anymore 
i will give shady and varliu the last version to test and if they they its OK i will give download

thanks to varliu and shady for testing the beta!
because of some suggestions of shady the release will be a bit later as i planned, because the layout and the features will change a bit again. the tool will not be only for e+, it will be for entire quake 3, but for sure with focus on e+. i will also add some "load clan" feature, so you can manage more then one clan with the tool the same time.
