Qname 2.0 help

Im sorry for a dumb question, but i dont know how to put qname created name into use.
I mean ive already searched for some tips, but i found only unclearly explained operations (maybe its just me Happy )
so i want to ask what do i have to do after i create a name in a program ? where should i save the cfg file? should i edit something or what?

when you created a name save is into the excessive plus folder then in quake 3 load excessive plus and open console write /exec name
