unban him and give yellow card, if next time he will be kicked by pb by strange violation or something odd in demos etc...then red card and ban for 6 months.

This is my honest opinion about the case.

Official statement: As for the evidence presented by the defendant is sufficient the previous verdict has been cancelled, however, yellow card will remain for the cvar violation as the standard procedure says.

I remember that a similar cvar was found in Fatalty's config once. When asked about it his answer was that he was playing around with that hack offline just to see how it works and that he forgot to clean his q3config. Having specific cvars in a config means absolutely nothing.
