Public server setup / lock client settings

I have server and want that would any player use next client settings:
com_blood 1
cg_gibs 1
xp_ambient 1

without the ability to change.

It really do?

If I remember well, on Elitez ERA 17, rate, snaps and maxpackets are forced for every players, you should ask Fubar for this.

Nope, not on Elite'z servers.

Think you mean the old Hiszy servers.
That custom q3io forced those settings.

Due to a bug/misconception in the original engine, settings could be forced by the server. If the client is using a different engine, for example ioquake3, you won't be able to force these settings.

So generally, no, it is not possible.
