I think you won't get many clans since it's something new and making a CW's for some new gametype isn't a good idea in my oppinion, because for good clans CW's are considered serious games which need some preparation, which none of the current clans probably have in PTL.
what is with evol they can participate when they want ...

@ DA pls find the 4th member..( but 3vs3 in that gamestyle is very weird.)
