problems with clandb

Hi Pals..
I have a problem with clandb: After my recent login didn't worked anymore (nobody knows why, when I clicked 'send me new pw', it said 'lol that account doesnt exist'), I waited for clandb to delete my clan-entry.
Now it is deleted and I want to create a new one. But when I enter my clan's name (zenox), it says 'lol this name is already taken'. But it isn't ](*,)
I sent a email to easy a few weeks ago, but never got response. Anyone can help, or anyone can tell me where to get help?

try and remember your old login and password?
also, easy is very busy... so maybe send a pm to someone else? i dont know if term can help, or one of the other guys?

sry, not much we can do... Basically if you loose your pass and are unable to retrieve it/reset it yourself then say bye bye to that entry for good. Same thing happened to KO on clandb, and dont think we will ever get it back.

so when a account isn't displayed in the clandb, it doesn't mean it is deleted? I see.. that would make sense 
Well, it was no big loss, we changed our tag anyway
