Problem with weapons not firing where Crosshair is :(

Hi,
I changed my ISP this afternoon and since then have a very annoying problem. When i fire a weapon.. ex. Rail. It ALWAYS since to hit like half a cm below the crosshair.
Example - I tried to check what happens when i use zoom and here the difference is almost 1 cm on screen 
Lets say in DM6 i am in rocket staircase and am zooming. My crosshair is pointing to the area where is the Rocket, but when i fire i always hit the staircase in front of me 
Any help is really appreciated. THANKS

did you change your crosshair position perhaps?

This guy was from a other clan and sabotage you. 
No really.. My Rail shoots below the crosshair too.
Maybe it's normal?
Can someone else test it pls?

well, you can try offsetting your crosshair
also, if you are used to the crosshair being on a certain place on your screen, then offset your monitor settings to balance it.

also i would like to point out that the place where the shot goes is not the place where you see the rail trail.
watch where the "blob" shows up on a wall, its always several pixels higher than the rail trail.
long story short, there is a offset of the rail trail, so that it looks like it comes out of the weapon.

Well i used to have Cg_crosshair X / Y = 0. While playing Doctor told me to maybe tweak this.. it seeme to help a bit for that one game.. then it started to look like i was hitting someone but nothing happened
Olso just wanted to point that i changed nothing, didnt go to any server where i could have downloaded crap.. Just changed the isp and since then this shit. Also need to point that my ping on the same servers seem to be a bit higher. Used to have 64 on Beers before.. and now i have close to 80...
The connection speed is the same.... 4 mbps.

higher ping means you see your rail shot later.

No Foksie i havent changed anything. I was playing in the afternoon with the old isp connection and everything was fine.. then the guy came to install the new connection and then this trouble started.
Thanks for the suggesstion anyway.. i will try it out this evening when i am back home.
